We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be unopened and unused. We will not accept returns for any items that have already been used or opened. All valid returns are entitled to a full refund (minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs). Order cancellations are also subject to 15% restocking fee.
Prior to placing an order on Vaporizer Pen Shop, we highly recommend that you thoroughly research the product you intend to purchase. It’s important to remember that any returned item must be in mint condition. That means it cannot be used. If you are interested in information on a particular product, we invite you to contact our Customer Service Department. Our Vaporizer Pen Experts are on hand to help you find the ideal vaporizer pen for your lifestyle. As with all vaporizers, it's important to familiarize yourself with the manufacturer’s warranty period and policy before completing your purchase.
We will provide replacements for returns of defective products provided they are still within the manufacturer’s warranty period and follow the guidelines of the manufacturer’s Return Policy.
If the returned device is determined to be functioning properly upon inspection at our warehouse, we will send the same unit back to the Customer at their expense. Only returns that fully meet the conditions of our Return Policy will be processed.
Before sending back a defective unit, please contact us at email@example.com to receive a RMA number. Any return without a RMA number will be rejected upon arrival.
